If it is a squirrel-cage motor, molten aluminum is forced into the slots and cast in the shape of rings at the ends. There is no insulation. If is is a wound-rotor motor, the windings are coated with "varnish" and "paper" insulation is placed between the coils and the iron.
How to Get Rid of Keloid Scars

Genetic component is also likely to be associated with keloid scarring. The presence of Keloids on the body of a family member puts you at a higher risk of developing them. In fact, extensive studies have led to plenty of theories. Some doctors believe that Keloid scarring occurs due to blockage in small blood vessels.
But still there is no clear-cut theory that can explain the cause of Keloid scarring. Figuring out the exact cause will help in the advancement of treatments and preventive medicines. There are surgical as well as non-surgical treatments to combat with Keloid scarring. It might not sound very good but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done to prevent the formation of these scars. However, thankfully, there are various reliable scar reduction gels available online. Many of these gels are silicone based and thus ensure great results.
