How to do a perfect toe touch?

Ok cheerleaders---
How do you do a perfect toe touch? Like the ones in the competitions? Whenever I do my toe touch it looks like a spread eagle and i look like a starfish!! lol
I've head about "rotating your hips" but how exactly do you do that? Can someone give me exact instuctions how to do a pefect toe touch?
thanks =D

well mainly stretching, the more you stretch the better the jump. Try lying with your butt up against a wall and your legs above you. Just spread your legs as wide as you can and let gravity stetch them. My cheer coach use to have us do this and it works wonders. Also you can do it while watching tv.
Remember the more dedication and effort you put into it the better and highter your jump will be !

‘Vintage Buttons', Giving The Perfect Touch!

Today I've impressed myself beyond belief with my crafting goodness! As it is mother's day soon, I feel it's about time I made an extra special effort for my mother bear. I've been brainstorming ideas all week, and failing miserably. And then one day last week I was customizing the vintage buttons on my cardigan, when I began to think of the beauty of the gold vintage buttons, and then that was it, it hit me! I had the idea of making something handmade and truly individual, and so I came to the idea making her a vintage gold button necklace. I couldn't believe I'd thought of something so quirky, retro and special just like that! I mean it really is so simple.

So once I'd gotten the chance I began the wild goose chase, searching for these retro buttons, and because I really wanted them to be authentic, I'd gone to town and back looking all over for them, I searched high and low for glass buttons, vintage buttons, gold buttons, military buttons…the whole lot! But no such luck. Was it really too much to ask?

Anyway, so I finally discovered the online company Spinsters Emporium, where I managed to order all of the vintage gold buttons, glass buttons and retro button.  I was really impressed by the fact that everything I wanted was right there! It offers a wide range of everything crafty you could possibly ever imagine, from sewing patterns to vintage fabrics. I was really happy with their collection of vintage buttons and the craft packs that Spinster's Emporium had to offer. I even bought myself a "button it" pack to make myself a little something, when I received my "button it" pack, I was happy to read that each and every single one of these fabulous vintage gold buttons had individually hand selected.

I might not just stop at my mum this year, after discovering this wonderland of retro goodies I'm already planning a vintage patchwork quilt for my grandmother's birthday. When I was young she taught me how to sew my buttons back on,  and since then I've never stopped sewing. I think this would be the most ideal present for her, with the vintage buttons embellished within the retro quilt, It will be a lovely way to remind her of how grateful I am of her dressmaking knowledge she's shared. And if she's not completely happy with my efforts of a vintage patchwork quilt, I'm sure she'll appreciate one of the craft packs.
